My name is Ms. Allison Pritchard. I will be entering my fourth year as Superintendent/Elementary Principal at Elba Public Schools during the 2023-2024 school years. I grew up in Lincoln, NE. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, MO on a running scholarship. My Master's and Education Specialist Degrees were obtained from Wayne State College while raising my daughters. I have four beautiful grown daughters and three great son-in-laws. My daughter who is not married has a great guy too. I have 5 rockin' grandchildren and 1 more on the way. I enjoy running, the stairmaster, working on houses, learning new skills and my little dog Moose.
My educational belief is "If a flower doesn't bloom, change the environment" Not all students think alike, learn the same, or come from equal environments. My goal is to meet the students where they are at and hear the student. The best part of being a Superintendent/Elementary Principal is interacting with the students of all ages.
